We know everybody has different needs and requirements, particularly when it comes to their home. Our pricing options are designed with that in mind. We have a base fee of 15% of rental income which will cover the day-to-day running of your listing, linen, welcome provisions including a welcome pack of fruit and beverages, premium toiletries and basic essentials such as toilet paper. There are no fixed costs. If you don’t earn money, we don’t earn money.

We also have extra call out services for items such as key cutting, furniture dry cleaning, and basic electric and plumbing repair. Some Landlords would like services that go beyond standard property management and we’re happy to help with those tasks as well. Please ask about our additional services.
